Green Asanoha Tie
Named after our co-founder's grandfather, Thomas Kazuyuki Yanagihara, our Kazuyuki line is a collection of classic ties, bow ties, and pocket squares. Our co-founder explains that "the design of this tie is inspired by a vintage tie I found in my grandfather's closet."
Asanoha (麻ノ葉) is a popular geometric Japanese pattern, representing hemp leaves. An important material particularly in pre-industrial Japan, hemp and other natural motifs often made their way into textile designs. As hemp grows fast and strong, it is meant to symbolize growth and good health.
